In a world where we often find ourselves managing high expectations, fast approaching deadlines, and routine innovation, it is expected that everyone will find themselves in a time of stress at some point.
In this course we will dive into the sources of common stressors, the effects that stress has on the whole person, understanding why we need breaks, and ways to create those breaks in the workplace.
